2. Fist width - four knuckles of clenched fist
3. Trainer Shoe size
4. Foot Length

Next - Add these sizes to the Special/Additional Instructions

Measuring Helmet

Measure the circumference of the Head as if wearing a Hat (cm).
Around the forehead and around the back of the head.
